1. What is your exchange policy?

If the merchandise you receive is damaged by the manufacturer you can ship it back at your shipping expense within 14 days.

2. How can I track my order?

You can go ahead and call the store where you placed your order and ask for your tracking number.

3. What is the average merchandise that fits in 1 box?

On average 4 Queen comforters with small curtains fit in 1 box, (e.g. 4 Queen comforters, 2 shower curtains, 1 tablecloth, and 2 kitchen curtains).

4. What is included in a comforter set?

Most of our comforter sets run in 7 pieces:

  • Comfort
  • Bed skirt
  • 2 pillow shams
  • 3 decorative cushions
5. What forms of payment are accepted at

After you place your order you will be given a total. You will have to send a money order in with that amount before your order can be shipped out. You have 1 week to send the money in. If on the seventh day we do not receive it, your order may be cancelled.

6. What is the maximum weight of a UPS box?

The maximum weight for a box is 70lbs.

7. Can I have orders shipped outside the U.S?

At the moment we only ship within the U.S.

8. In how long will I receive my merchandise?

It usually take from 3-5 business days
